The web solution aims to facilitate access to the information about elections and make it easier to view.In order to use the information service, your web browser needs to have the Macromedia Flash Player extension. The application of Election information is web-based; its processing and display of spatial data is based on DoGIS technology. The system solution follows OpenGIS and other standards and can operate together with other information systems through web services. This solution is located in the state portal, it uses Land Board’s base maps through OpenGIS services and gets data on the voters from the population register by using the X-road. The system solution was created by AS Datel on the order of the Estonian Informatics Centre, with Villem Vannas as a project manager. |
